Diagnostic Centre Bled
In a recent two day visit to the medical testing operation run by Diagnostic Centre, Bled, based in Novo Mesto, Slovenia, Service and Installation Engineer Henry Cooke worked on ABCA2 and VerSA instruments, which are under the management of Grega Kimovec.
As is usual on a service or warranty visit, part of an engineer’s time on client site is also spent with the customer answering questions and discussing how to optimise results with different pieces of equipment. This collaboration is an important part of our relationship with customers.
Henry took the weekend before the visit in Ljubljana, and enjoyed exploring the city with its beautiful views, good food and nightlife. He also enjoyed the food and views in Novo Mesto.
