The end of April saw Systems Engineer Henry Cooke spending a couple of days with Machteld Vanderwayden at the Chromatography Lab at UZ Antwerpen.

Machteld and his team use an older Sercon ABCA instrument for the purposes of H. Pylori breath testing and the purpose of Henry’s visit was to replace their old source with a new one, increasing sensitivity and improving precision, thereby extending the lifespan of the instrument.

Henry managed to fit in a little time to enjoy the atmosphere of both Antwerp and Gent during his trip.
