Welcoming 2026!

Welcome to 2026. For Sercon, the year promises much, building on the successes of a very exciting 2025 during which we launched several major collaborations and became part of the Techcomp Group.

As a team, we really do live our core values – Collaborate, Create, Innovate.

Collaboration sits at the heart of science, and it was certainly a game changer for us last year.

Our LA-IRMS collaboration with Teledyne Photon Instruments and Terra Analitic, first rolled out to LUKE in Finland in 2019, hit the news with the launch of www.la-irms.com in the first half of the year and with the technique rapidly gaining in interest across the scientific community. This was followed in July by the announcement of SIRIX IRMS, a new solution for clumped isotopes and small carbonates, collaboration between ourselves and Isotopx.

Becoming part of the Techcomp Group in July has opened a door to the possibilities of closer collaborations across the wider range of companies we now sit alongside. We are also already finding that being part of a bigger group is opening doors for us that will lead to exciting developments in the future.

This supplements our wide-reaching relationships within the scientific community, including our global customer base and extending now far beyond. The conversations we have with scientists every day inspire future developments and collaborations.

So as we enter 2026, we do so in anticipation of another exciting year. We have a fabulous team, a strong network of Agents worldwide, new and significant partners within the Techcomp Group, as well as established relationships across our sector which have already helped us launch major collaborations like LA-IRMS.

Yes, we design and support the instruments that help scientists push the boundaries of knowledge. But through close collaboration with the global scientific community, we also help drive the development of new, breakthrough techniques—unlocking the next generation of research. And that’s what excites us!
